The LECHUZA range from geobra Brandstätter, based near Nuremberg, Germany, was launched in 2000 and has since attracted the enthusiasm of both professionals and the general public with its innovative and clever solutions for flower pots with water storage.

The idea for the range originally came from company owner Horst Brandstätter, who was looking for aesthetically pleasing pots for indoor and outdoor use with a long-term watering system for his own personal use. When he couldn't find a suitable product on the market, he asked his design team to come up with a suitable solution: the LECHUZA range was born.
