The "Indoor type" ballasts are manufactured with a galvanized steel outer casing. Several fixing grooves allow easy mounting in luminaires, cabinets, etc. and also allow the assembly of capacitors or other auxiliary elements. The shielded construction allows for a reduction of the dispersion flux. Terminal strip output incorporated in the cover which gives the ballast the characteristic of protection against indirect contacts.
